Xinming Shi
Xinming Shi received B.E. and B.A. degrees from Wuhan University of Technology and Wuhan University in 2016, an M.E. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2019, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham (in collaboration with SUSTech) in 2023. Her Ph.D. involved three universities: UoB, SUSTech, and VUW. She has published over a dozen papers, including in leading IEEE and ACM Transactions.

PeterTP received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Queen’s University Belfast, completed industry work on neural vision systems, and co‑authored a paper on memristive SNNs submitted to IJCNN; he is now developing a backpropagation‑competing algorithm while applying for an AI master’s program.
